To apply the desired markings, logos, letters, numbers and bar codes, special templates are required.
Short-run stencils
Short-run stencils can be made simply using a ballpoint pen, typewriter, dot-matrix printer or label printer. The service life of a short-run template is up to around 300 etchings.
A range of different sizes can be supplied.
Long-run stencils
PICOelektra Long-run stencils are made from a coated fabric and are produced by us from camera-ready copy. The service life of these stencils is as many as 10,000 etchings.
